A few details about the project — that’s all the form needs.
In an HOA community? Name your community in the message — Verrado, PebbleCreek, Estrella Mountain Ranch, or any other. HOA requirements differ by community, and the consultation is more useful when that answer is on the table from the start.
What to Expect
Your details go to an independent licensed contractor so they can contact you about the project. Any agreement you reach is between you and them — the terms set that out in full.
The first real step is a free visit to the property: the space gets measured, attachment points assessed, and your options walked through in person.
After the consultation, you receive a written estimate covering the complete scope: structure, concrete pad if applicable, permitting package, and HOA submittal. No verbal estimates, no surprises later.
The consultation and estimate are completely free. There’s no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Take the estimate, compare it, ask questions — nothing obliges you to proceed.
